Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and monitor IEP goals
- Conduct assessments to identify students functional needs and recommend adaptive equipment or strategies
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Provide training and support to educational teams regarding therapeutic techniques and student needs
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel
- Ability to manage time efficiently while traveling between schools
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
